We are an International Member of the Arsenal Women Sister Club Programme

FA Arsenal Women Sister Club

Meet The Big Sisters

Aurora Arctic Foxes have become an international member of the Arsenal Women Sister Club Programme for the 2018/19 Season.

For the first time ever, Arsenal Women are inviting grassroots clubs from around the world to become a member of the Sister Club Programme. Being part of the programme will help Aurora Arctic Foxes to grow Women & Girls' soccer. Arsenal Women deliver the biggest Sister Club Programme in England and will be looking to support grassroots clubs to recruit more girls to play soccer, make friends & have fun.

Becoming a member of the Sister Club programme reflects Aurora Arctic Foxes' passion and commitment in developing girls' soccer, and the support from Arsenal Women will create the opportunity to inspire girls to play more soccer, and help the coaches at Aurora Arctic Foxes to develop their knowledge, skills and confidence in coaching the girls teams at the club.

As part of the support provided coaches at Aurora Arctic Foxes they will have the opportunity to attend online coaching workshops led by the Arsenal Women Development Officer, be given regular coaching session plans and resources aimed to help them deliver effective coaching sessions, and connect the girls in their teams with the Arsenal Women players.

Tom Hartley, Arsenal Women's Development Officer explained, "We are very proud to launch an international element to the Sister Club Programme & work with and support Aurora Arctic Foxes to develop Women & Girl's soccer. We hope that the programme will inspire more girls to play soccer and take an interest in following Arsenal Women." If you are interested in playing for Aurora Arctic Foxes contact us!
